Having been in real estate for over 11 years and with hundreds of sales under my belt and continuous up-skilling and career development, I have gained in-depth knowledge in selling established homes as well as off-the-plans packages, new builds, land/sections both pre-Title and post-Title and properties with development and subdivision potential.
I am best known for my positive energy, likable spirit and integrity. These attributes have contributed greatly to my success in the industry.
Having first-hand buying and selling experience, I understand areas that can trigger stress for clients. This taught me to deal with the unexpected calmly and to identify risky aspects ahead of time. It has proven invaluable and the "stuff" that makes a difference between a good agent and an excellent one. I also understand the importance of keeping clients fully informed and when to 'stop and listen' in order to provide personalised advice, that is relevant, to assist you when making important decisions during the process.
I am proud to have been awarded One Agency Australasian Awards in 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2021 to add to my valuable assets of excellent customer service, attention to detail and natural ability to negotiate and close the best deal for my clients.
In addition to being a salesperson, I hold the highest real estate qualification and licence level, Agent Licence, which requires advanced education and comprehensive training in all aspects of real estate to meet the extra requirements under the 'Real Estate Agents Act 2008' legislation.
